I earn a fee for my service when a closing occurs. Sometimes I am paid by the seller and sometimes I am paid by the buyer and there are many ways that my fees can be paid and all are negotiable.
Before I begin showing homes to a buyer(s) there are a few steps that we are required to do.
We must enter into an exclusive buyer agency agreement in writing, allowing me to represent you as a buyer for your real estate purchase.
You must present a pre-approval letter from your lending institution, bank, speak with one of my lending partners, or present proof of funds for a cash purchase.
Buyer Consultation - Phone or zoom meeting between myself and all buyers explaining the process, discovering your purchase requirements, time frame, location, price range…
Now, we can go shopping…… When are you available?
